Digital Products

  • All digital products, including but not limited to workout programs, fitness guides, and nutritional plans, are delivered entirely in a non-recoverable, digital format.

  • Once purchased and delivered, digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.

Physical Products

  • Supplements, Apparel, and Accessories: Physical products such as supplements, shirts, hats, and other merchandise are subject to the following conditions:

    • Unopened Products: You may request a refund for unopened physical products by returning them in their original, unused condition within 3-5 days of purchase.

    • Consumable Goods: Any opened or used consumable items, such as supplements, are non-refundable regardless of when they were purchased. Unopened supplements must be returned within 3-5 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

    • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product to confirm all original components are included and that it is in its original condition.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for wrong orders, which will not be included in the refund amount.

  • The refund will be issued less the original shipping and handling charges once the product has been inspected and verified.

 

How to Return a Product

To return an eligible physical product, please ship it in its original condition to the following address:

Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue a refund (minus shipping and handling costs). Please note that refunds may take up to 10-15 business days to process after receiving the product.
